I had the entirety of the interior of my house painted- including living room, dining room, master bedroom, master bathroom, walk-in closet, study and two other bathrooms, hallways, and closets. The prep work was extremely thorough and meticulous, which was important as the house is old (>100 years).  This thoughtful prep work led to an outstanding outcome. All of my furnishings, floors and and appliances were protected completely throughout the job. The staff were courteous keep the work spaces very clean.  Alinton communicated in a timely and transparent manner.  When unexpected finding were encountered when the work work and ceilings in some room had been previously painted with oil-based paint on top of  latex, which led to peeling) when they tried to sand as part of the preparation. I was informed that I could continue with this as a base, but that might lead to further peeling or that they would scrape the ceilings and wood word, which would be extra work.  I elected to have the extra work done and was very happy that I did. All-in-all this was without-a-doubt the best interaction that I have had with service people working on my house. Alinton and one of his crew members came to our house a couple of days ago to do excellent touch-up and painting work. He was able to come on short notice, and they completed the work for us in the evening. They were very careful, friendly, professional and flexible. They took their time and did high-quality work. Alinton was punctual for the estimate. He understood what I needed and my timeframe. He stepped up to the job and arrived a few days after the estimate. We were so grateful. His crew were awesome. The job- primer, sanding, two coats ceiling and two coats walls. What an awesome job they did. We hadn't had our house painted for almost 20 years, and it was a mess. Alinton's crew repaired all the boards that the woodpeckers had made, scraped some exterior walls bare because the old paint was so bad, then primed all the new and exposed wood and laid down three coats of paint. It took about two and a half weeks. They didn't disturb our routine at all. Alinton was professional and pleasant. Everything was left in good shape at the end.
